After training, the Entry-Level Customer Account Representative's responsibilities will include:

• Creating daily strategies that effectively work with the client’s CRM, analyzing data for efficiency and potential profits.
• Initiating contact with consumers and providing friendly, helpful answers to their product inquiries.
• Navigating challenging customer questions while maintaining a pleasant and solution-oriented demeanor.
• Learning sales techniques to navigate consumer negotiations with high closing rates and customer retention.
• Creating purchase orders and mediating the onboarding process with both the client and consumers.
• Generating new accounts and successfully adding them to the CRM, ensuring timely responses to all account questions.
• Eagerly participating in additional training and skillset advancement opportunities.
