Junior Client Service Representative
In response to the continued growth of our client’s business, they are seeking a dedicated Junior Client Service Representative to serve the Orlando area. This position will be assigned to an existing customer base as well as new customers provided by their clientele. Core Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite customer assistance, sales support, and client relations to a diverse consumer base.
- Utilize iPads and tablet-based software comfortably to enhance client interactions.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to secure new clients and protect existing accounts from competitors.
- Attend large, high-profile (virtual) conferences as required and present to prospective clients.
- Ensure the accuracy of all paperwork for new customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Director and Sales Management staff to build client revenue and set sales goals.
- Deliver onsite and in-field services, including sales, promotional services, and customer service for the products offered.
- Represent our client in a professional and businesslike manner.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in tablet navigation, spreadsheet usage, email, and internet applications.
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong oral communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and customer engagement.
- Exceptional sales skills to effectively engage clients and promote products.
