AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the benefits of services and promotions
  • Identify new sales opportunities through client-generated leads
  • Manage assigned territory, overcome objections, and close sales to increase margins
  • Assist Management and Sales with customized packages and program renewals
  • Stay aligned with client goals and meet or exceed program objectives
  • Acquire industry sales skills by attending client conferences and connecting customers to the latest products and services
  • Upsell services and convert warm leads into sales
